1994 - 2000
- climate controlled quality control room with gear measuring chamber;
- bevel gears milling machine;
- worm grinding machine;
- calculation software is connected to AutoCAD; drawings are available immediately;
- contract with German client for delivery of completely assembled axles;
- management is professionalized;
- implementation of production operating system;
1992
- The first CNC gear cutting machine is acquired.
1987
- Administration is automated with ‘Square’; direct calculating, planning according to texts, automatic time registration and order succession are now available.
1986
- acquisition of a new Fanuc CNC milling machine;
- acquisition of a new rack cutting machine;
- Because of a shortfall in the working area, adjacent living space is turned into an office.
1985
- An engineering assignment for the ABN bank is acquired; developing a heigh-adjustable, terminal table. Total product order amounts to 1 mln guilders (around 450,000 euros);
- another addition to the assets is the Forte SBA 400 sawing machine.
1984
- production area is increased by 496 m2.
1980
- acquisition of the first CNC lathe from Japan;
- acquisition of a Dutch 'Metalin' bandsawing machine.
1979
- On January 1st, as a starting entrepreneur, Theo Walk settles his company in a new building;
